It Began with a
Simple, Unexpected
Moment.
The idea for the Resetta Ring didn't begin in a design studio or with a business plan.
As a certified hypnotherapist, I spent years helping people break free from limiting beliefs, fear-based thinking, and unconscious patterns that no longer served them. Over time, one truth became abundantly clear: meaningful change begins in the present moment. It's where awareness replaces unconsciousness, where healing takes place, and where we gain the freedom to choose a new story.
One day, during a difficult conversation, I happened to have a small rubber band around my finger. Without thinking, I began gently stretching it and releasing it. Then something unexpected happened — that simple tactile sensation interrupted the thoughts racing through my mind.
"Instead of reacting to what was happening around me, I suddenly became aware of what was happening within me."
In that brief pause, I realized I had a choice. I didn't have to continue the story my mind was creating. I didn't have to absorb someone else's emotions. I could return to the present moment — where new possibilities become available.
On the days I wasn't wearing it, I noticed how much I missed it. Not because it had any special power, but because it reminded me of the power within me whenever I remembered to return to myself.
That's when I realized there is a profound difference between understanding the value of the present moment and remembering to return to it.
How many times have we found ourselves thinking? “I wish I had handled that differently.” By then, the moment had already passed.
The rubber band wasn't random. But as meaningful as it became, I also realized it wasn't meant to be the solution. Rubber bands stretch, wear out, and eventually break.
It became the vision that inspired me to create the Resetta Ring — a wearable tactile reminder that meets you at the moment an unconscious pattern begins to take over, before a reaction becomes a regret.
The Resetta Ring isn't here to change who you are. It's here to remind you of who you've been all along.
